Registration is 9:15 for a 9:30 start. The remaining times are flexible but all games in a round will commence at the same time with a minimum rest period between games of 30 minutes, unless agreed by all.

Cirencester BC aims to provide for sale, breakfast rolls before play, rolls at lunchtime with tea and coffee facilities throughout the day.

Car parking for Cirencester BC is the council car park adjacent to the club, however it is free parking on a Sunday.

Dress shall be navy, black or grey trousers (BE shorts or those manufactured for the sport of bowls may be worn) and Club or 'predominantly' white shirts.

Please have your bowls on the bank ready for Umpire's inspection before play commences, with matching stickers.

The Umpires Association have arranged markers for both rounds that will be played, however please be prepared to mark before playing or after losing if the circumstance arises.

Fortunately for this year, Gloucestershire has been allocated two places at the National Championships and so the County final will be played at Bishops Cleeve on Sunday 5th September.

Whilst full details are not yet known, BE have scheduled the Junior Singles Championships to be contested at Leamington on Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st August.
